Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and the content of any message you send through our contact or support forms.

Account and verification information: where the platform requires it, identity details and documents submitted for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.

Wallet and transaction information: the public wallet address you connect and the on-chain transactions associated with your use of the platform. We never ask for, receive or store your private keys or seed phrase.

Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies that keep you signed in and help keep the service secure.

• To provide, operate and secure the platform and your account.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide member support.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC, AML and sanctions screening.
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To send service messages and, only where you have agreed, updates you can opt out of at any time.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, non-identifying usage information.

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal information on the basis of: the performance of our agreement with you; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service; and your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Transactions on BNB Smart Chain are recorded on a public, distributed ledger. That information is visible to anyone and, by the nature of blockchain technology, cannot be altered or deleted by us or anyone else. Please keep this in mind when you connect a wallet that can be linked to your identity.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email, identity verification, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, law-enforcement agencies or courts where we are legally required to do so.
• Professional advisers, or a successor entity in the event of a merger or reorganisation, under equivalent protections.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred abroad.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Records we must keep for AML and regulatory purposes are retained for the period the law requires, typically five years after the end of the relationship, and then securely deleted.

We protect information with technical and organisational measures including encrypted connections, restricted access and account security features such as two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
