Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or be listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the EU, the UK or the US.
• You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform is not offered in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

The Platform provides software interfaces to smart contracts deployed on BNB Smart Chain, with activity settled in USDT (BEP-20). Transactions are executed by smart contract code according to the plan terms displayed at the time you participate.

No advice. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

No guaranteed returns. Any figures, examples or plan descriptions are informational only and are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of any return. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit.

• You access the Platform with a self-custodied wallet. You alone control and are responsible for your wallet, private keys and seed phrase.
• We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover them or reverse transactions if they are lost or compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your wallet or account, and for keeping any login credentials and two-factor devices secure.
• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed. Always check addresses, networks and amounts before you sign.

Each participation plan has its own terms — including duration, conditions and withdrawal rules — which are shown before you commit and form part of these Terms. Where a plan’s terms conflict with these Terms on a plan-specific matter, the plan terms apply. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Partner rewards, where offered, are paid only as defined in the program terms in effect at the time of the relevant transaction. They are not wages or guaranteed income, and we may amend, suspend or end the program by updating its terms. You must not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims — including claims of guaranteed or fixed returns — when introducing others to the Platform.

To meet legal obligations we may require identity verification (KYC), request information about the source of funds, and screen activity against sanctions and anti-money-laundering requirements. We may restrict, suspend or close access where verification is not completed, where we suspect unlawful activity, or where the law requires it, and we may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities.

We do not charge hidden platform fees. Network (gas) fees on BNB Smart Chain are paid by you, and any plan-specific conditions are disclosed in the plan terms. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
• use funds that are not lawfully yours or that derive from illegal activity;
• attempt to exploit, attack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform or its smart contracts;
• create accounts using false information or impersonate any person;
• circumvent geographic restrictions, for example by using a VPN from a restricted jurisdiction.

The Platform’s content, design, trademarks and software (excluding open-source components and public blockchain data) belong to Global Finance or its licensors. You may use them only to access the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform or any smart contract will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of vulnerabilities, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Finance and its affiliates, officers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by smart contract failures, blockchain network issues, stablecoin instability, wallet compromise or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Global Finance against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or end your access to the Platform at any time where required by law, to protect the Platform or other users, or if you breach these Terms. Smart contracts deployed on-chain may continue to operate independently of our website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Finance is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
